Welcome to Dennis Gurr Counselling
Many people face challenges and trials in life, often boxing them away in the hope of forgetting. But eventually, those boxes can tumble out, overwhelming us when we least expect it. While it’s often said that time heals all wounds, sometimes time alone isn’t enough – sometimes it can even make things harder.
My role is to help you gently unpack those boxes, process what’s inside, and find a way to lay old burdens to rest. If you’ve been self-soothing through constant work, study, pornoghrapy & sex , gambling, overeating, or other means to block out pain, know that change is possible
